         Ron Dormanen


Started in the Termite and Pest Control Industry in 1983 at the age of 23 as  a Termite Inspector.  Opened DeAnza Termite and Pest Control in 1993.  My goal is to make DeAnza Termite and Pest Control the best company in our area.  I feel we have reached that goal with our customer service and quality of work. As far as the future is concerned, I expect our company to continue to lead the industry with cutting edge technology, exceptional Customer Service and top notch treatment and repairs.
 


       
            David Browne
             



Born and raised in Idyllwild and Anza. My wife and I have been in the Murrieta/Wildomar area for 10 years. I started in the real estate industry at a title company right out of high school in 1993 and was there for approximately 3 years. With that experience, I got to know a lot of my clients whom I still work with today.

DeAnza hired me in 1997 as a pest control technician and termite crewman. I quickly worked my way up to getting my Branch III Field Representative license in 1998 to inspect homes and have since added my Branch II Field Representative license for general pest control. I have also been the general manager of the company for 5 years.

I pride myself in making long term relationships through honesty and extensive follow-through in customer service. My number one goal is to keep my clients satisfied and to be known in the industry as one of the straight-shooters, always giving you my honest opinion.


  




        Lamar Thomas                              



Lamar was born and raised in Riverside, CA and entered the   termite industry in 1999.  He started as a service technician for one year, then moved in to the position as a service contract inspector.  Six months later he moved in to full-time home sales inspector for a period of five years.  In January of 2006 he was hired on as a Real Estate Transaction Inspector with DeAnza where he now services homeowners and real estate agents.

               David Gray                        
                                                             

David has lived in the Temecula, CA area for twenty years.  He was born and raised in Southern California. He attended Riverside Community College and Santa Barbara City College.  David has been in the pest control industry for about 5 years and holds both a Branch II and Branch III license.  He currently resides in Temecula with his wife Cheryl and twelve-year old daughter Chelsea.
          

         
          Sam Rodriguez                                       

Sam has been living in the Inland Empire since 1993. He started out in termite and pest control industry in 1997. He has been working as an inspector for more than ten years. According to Sam, through all this time he has had the opportunity to work with people that are very knowledgeable  in the industry.   Learning from them has helped him  immensely to provide homeowners and Real Estate agents the service that they need.

        Marc Morris                              


Marc has been living in Wildomar, CA for at least seven years. Married to wife Heather and has two children,  Andrew who is six and Annabelle which is four years old.

In 2002 Marc became a crew member and in 2003 received his applicators license and has been in pest control for two years.


    
                Gary Moran  
                                                             
Gary started in the termite and pest control industry in 1990 as a
termite technician.  Six months later he obtained his branch 2 and 3 field license and moved in to the position as a Service Contract Inspector.
After 1 year he moved in to the position of Field Inspector for termite and pest control.  For the last seventeen years he has been providing termite inspections for home owners and real estate agents.  Along the way Gary has built a solid reputation in the pest control industry as an honest and thorough inspector.
